In 2026 Women in harmony has been singing for 20 years. To celebrate our anniversary we will be holding two concerts- one in Warwick and one in Toowoomba. We particularly welcome past members to reconnect with us and join us in singing "Why We Sing".
We are very much looking forward to welcoming back our erstwhile members and welcoming all at a concert.
Welcome
Women in Harmony was created in 2006 with the aim of promoting multiculturalism,
showcasing diversity and exploring our shared humanity. It was to be a safe environment, welcoming women from all backgrounds, cultures and communities to come together in song. We have at present about 40 women as active members, among them, many from other countries, now settled in Australia. We sing our songs in their native tongue- a challenge but also great fun!

What we do?
We are a diverse group of women - a strong sisterhood. We meet Saturday afternoons from 2.00 to 4.00 at Redeemer Hall for rehearsals. Prospective members are encouraged to try us out for two or three rehearsals to see if they would like to join. We are a non-auditioned Community Choir, available to perform in Toowoomba and the surrounding areas at functions that reflect our ethos.
